Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup for every device we support. Follow the section for your platform — most installs take under five minutes.

smart_display

Amazon Firestick / Fire TV

  1. 1From the Fire TV home screen, search for the Downloader app and install it.
  2. 2In Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options, enable apps from unknown sources.
  3. 3Open Downloader, enter the install URL we email you, and install our recommended player.
  4. 4Launch the player, enter your credentials, and the channel list loads automatically.
android

Android Phone, Tablet, or TV

  1. 1Open Settings → Apps → Special Access and allow installs from unknown sources for your browser.
  2. 2Open the install link from our email and download the APK.
  3. 3Run the APK to install the player.
  4. 4Open the app, sign in with the credentials in your welcome email, and start streaming.

iPhone, iPad, & Apple TV

  1. 1Install the IPTV player we recommend from the App Store (link in your welcome email).
  2. 2Open the app and choose Add Playlist or Add Xtream account.
  3. 3Paste in the M3U URL or Xtream credentials we provided.
  4. 4Channels and VOD load automatically — tap any title to play.

Samsung & LG Smart TV

  1. 1From the TV's app store, install Smart IPTV or our recommended Tizen / webOS player.
  2. 2Note the MAC address shown inside the app.
  3. 3Send the MAC address to our support team — we will provision the playlist on our side.
  4. 4Restart the app and your channels will appear within a minute.

MAG Box / Enigma2

  1. 1On the MAG box, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  2. 2Set the portal URL to the one in your welcome email and save.
  3. 3Reboot the MAG box. The Next Level Stream portal will load on startup.
  4. 4For Enigma2 devices, upload the bouquet file we provide via FTP and restart the GUI.

Windows & macOS

  1. 1Install VLC media player or a dedicated IPTV desktop player.
  2. 2Open the player and choose Open Network Stream (VLC) or Add Playlist.
  3. 3Paste the M3U URL from your welcome email and press Play.
  4. 4Channels appear in the playlist sidebar, ready to stream.

Quick Tips

wifi

Run on a stable connection

We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD streams and 30+ Mbps for 4K. Wired ethernet beats Wi-Fi where possible.

vpn_lock

VPN is optional

Only needed if your ISP throttles streaming. The service works without one for most subscribers.

restart_alt

Restart fixes most issues

Close the app fully, restart your device or router, and reopen. Resolves the vast majority of buffering complaints.
